弊社は、次の者を個人情報の保護管理者として任命し、お客様の個人情報を適切かつ安全に管理し、個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損を防止する保護策を講じています。

IPS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) handles personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) of its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) safely and appropriately. The Company have it’s prevention measures from leakage, loss or any damage of it, having appointed a Personal Information Protection and Management Administrator.

お客様の個人情報は、注文商品のお届け、サービスのご提供、今後の商品情報のご提供のため、弊社において正当な事業遂行の範囲内で利用いたします。お客様がご自身の個人情報を弊社に提供されるか否かは、お客様のご判断によりますが、もしご提供されない場合には、適切なサービスが提供できない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。
The company shall legitimately use personal information of Customers in order to deliver ordered products, provide ordered services and provide informations of new products and services. Customers may choose whether they will give their Personal Information to the Company or not. However, please be informed that proper services may not be given unless it is provided to the company.

お客様の個人情報は、以下掲げる場合に限って、第4項に記載する条件に基づいて、弊社以外の第三者に提供または委託させていただくことがあります。
Personal Information of Customers may be provided or entrusted to third parties based on the conditions mentioned in Paragraph 4, only in the following cases:
(1) 弊社の業務委託先が、弊社に代ってダイレクトメール、電子メール、またはその他手段で情報または役務を提供する場合
When outsourcees that the Company entrusts (hereinafter referred to as the “Outsourcees”) provide information or services to customers by direct mail, e-mail or any other way on behalf of the Company
(2)弊社の業務委託先が、弊社に代ってアフターサービスなどの個別の役務を提供するために必要がある場合
When the Outsourcees need Personal Information in order to provide personalized services such as an after-sale service on behalf of the company
(3) 統計的情報を提供する目的で、個々の個人情報を集積しまたは分析し、個人の識別や特定ができない形式に加工して、その統計データを、開示する場合
When statistical data of accumulated and analyzed Personal Information which has been shaped to be kept from being identified is to be disclosed
(4)法令または裁判所その他の政府機関より適法に開示を要求された場合
When ordered by law, court or other government agencies to legitimately disclose Personal Information.
(5)その他特定の目的のためにお客様から同意を得た場合
When given an agreement from Customers for other specific use.

弊社の業務の全部または一部を外部に業務委託する際、弊社は、個人情報を適切に保護できる管理体制を敷き実行していることを条件として委託先を厳選したうえで、機密保持契約を委託先と締結し、お客様の個人情報を厳密に管理しています。
When the Company outsources its (a part of) operations, the Company shall protect Personal Information of Customers by having carefully selected the possible Outsourcee with an efficient personal information protection organization that is in effect and by having concluded a Nondisclosure agreement with it.

お客様は、弊社に対してご自身の個人情報の開示等（利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供の停止）に関して、当社問合わせ窓口に申し出ることができます。その際、弊社はお客様ご本人を確認させていただいたうえで、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
なお、個人情報に関する弊社問合わせ先は、次の通りです。

Customers may request the Company, through IPS Personal Information Contact Counter, to inform and disclose them of the objective of the use of Personal Information.To modify, add, disuse or delete (a part of), or to discontinue providing it to third parties. The company, then, shall respond within reasonable period of time after having confirmed identification from them.
